About the Role
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality, while coordinating with trade partners, superintendents, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary project leader, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and professionalism across all phases. Projects include municipal facilities such as fire stations and healthcare administrative buildings, with a multi-year federally funded pipeline.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with full project lifecycle oversight
- Background in municipal, fire station, or healthcare construction is a plus
- Comfortable managing projects in the $5M-$60M range
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Must be willing to work on-site in St. Croix
