About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and capable Project Liaison Officer to join the team of our client, an esteemed organisation within the housing sector. This role will focus upon supporting the delivery of maintenance and refurbishment programmes, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of a project.

  • Provide clear and timely information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Maintain accurate records and files related to project communication and resident engagement.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.

  • Liaise with contractors, site staff, and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Organise and attend meetings with stakeholders and residents as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all project areas.

About You

  • Experience within a liaison, customer service, or site support role within the housing or construction sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Highly organised and adept at managing a varied workload.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using database and reporting tools.

  • An understanding of the principles of safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety.
