Position: Heavy Civils Project Engineer
Location: Revere, PA
Compensation: $65,000 - $115,000 (DOE)

Job Role:
- Facilitate project success through the comprehensive review, coordination, submission, and tracking of all project submittals
- Engage in construction design tasks, including form/pour drawings, major pick plans, and the layout of pipe/equipment/conduit
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical and geographical data to strategize project planning
- Manage project controls and performance, collaborating with field personnel to ensure successful project tracking, control, and delivery
- Coordinate, submit, and track all project submittals
- Generate job cost reports for all involved projects
- Conduct inspections at project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in the heavy civil industry
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing schedules, and priorities
- In-depth knowledge of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Local travel required (within 1-2 hours)
- Additional Skills, Experience, and Certifications:
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (a plus)
