Job Title: Production Worker 1st and 3rd Shift ($3000 SIGN ON BONUS) ($750 ATTENDANCE BONUS)
Location: Lima, OH
Salary: $21 - $23 per hour (+$2 per hour shift premium)
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing
Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm, Overtime Saturdays 5am - 1pm
Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am, Overtime Fridays 5pm - 1am
Responsibilities:
· Operate equipment and tools to aid in manufacturing products.
· Perform a variety of physically strenuous tasks as directed to maintain efficient production in the department.
· Lift/carry materials of different weights throughout the shift.
· Check tools and equipment in observance of safety regulations.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience.
· Ability to lift 55lbs to 100lbs continuously throughout shift.
· Ability to function as a team member and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
· Reliable and predictable attendance.
