One of the biggest perks? A four-day work week. The standard night shift schedule is 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend every week. Additional scheduling variations may occur based on business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead daily fabrication operations and production flow
* Drive safety, quality, and productivity across the shop
* Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to minimise downtime
* Monitor performance and resolve production bottlenecks
* Support employee training and development
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industry
* Leadership experience in a supervisor or lead role
* Strong blueprint reading and production planning skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
