Job Title: Production Manager - structural steel
Salary: $135k (negotiable DOE)

We are working with a reputable, long-standing company in Lynchburg. They are a structural steel fabricator & erector and are looking for a Plant/Production Manager to come in and help drive growth and profit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successfully contributing to the operation as a proactive and supportive leader in safety and compliance activities.
- Leading by example and strictly enforce all company policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement, and continually ensures safety and environmental standards
- Training and developing employees
- Ensuring all employees have the correct equipment needed, adhering to industry standards and using equipment safely
- Enforcing the responsibility and accountability of management/supervisors to enforce safety, compliance, quality. Ensuring all injuries, safety issues are addressed, reported, investigated and documented
Experience
5+ years in management
3+ years in structural steel
