We are currently seeking a Private Sector Supply & Projects Officer. The role is in essence a tenancy management and contract monitoring one, carrying out inspections, identifying disrepair and liaising with the providers of temporary accommodation on behalf of our tenants.
You will have experience in at least one of the following areas: tenancy management , estate management, void inspections, identifying Category 1 and 2 hazards.
You will have the ability to communicate requirements effectively to our providers and our tenants. They will need to be confident in responding to formal complaints and enquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a patch and covering an office duty.
