The Role:
Leading the design and development of Steel Framing Systems and Light Gauge Steel structures.
Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, ensuring project delivery to high standards.
Overseeing structural calculations and design approvals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
Contributing to research and development efforts, improving existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE) or working towards chartership.
Strong background in Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Light Gauge Steel (LGS), and load-bearing structures.
Experience in ISG (Industrialised Structural Geometry) and hot-rolled steel is desirable
