Job Title: Plater Welder

We are seeking a skilled Plater Welder to join a well-established company in Norwich. The ideal candidate will be experienced in heavy fabrication and possess strong welding skills. Responsibilities:
- Carry out plating and welding tasks to produce a range of structural steel products.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately to fabricate components to specification.
- Use a variety of welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and other relevant methods, to complete projects.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within set time frames.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plater Welder in a heavy fabrication environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
