The Role
- Develop project schedules for all phases, from Pre-construction to Close-out.
- Work closely with the Construction and Project Management Teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Create schedule fragments and Time Impact Analyses.
- Conduct Pull Planning Sessions with teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Input data into project schedules from logs such as Change Orders, Procurement, Submittals, RFIs, and more.
- Assist in earned value analysis (EVM), resource loading, modeling, and claims.
The Candidate
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in project scheduling.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with public projects, including infrastructure, water/wastewater, and commercial construction.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks under the direction of the Scheduling Manager.
