Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

To oversee and manage the production processes within a plastic manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring efficient and safe operations, maintaining quality control, optimizing production schedules, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and coordinating with various teams to optimize workflow and output.
· Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
· Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, implement efficiency-boosting initiatives, and work to reduce waste and downtime.
· Coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production and promoting a safe working environment.
· Work to control production costs, manage budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources to maintain profitability.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 3-5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or a related industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
· Understanding of plastic manufacturing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.
· Proven experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing environment.
