Operational Data Analyst

£24 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Operational Data Analyst in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Use the core social care case management system To identify, verify and maintain the Supporting Families cohort to ensure the commitment to work with families over the programme is me
- To support the Insight status changes for new campaigns of families generated via innovative and proactive datasets available internally and via the partnership
- Responsible for managing the status changes of all families on the programme and ensuring progress towards payment by results is being appropriately recorded through data and family plans
- To ensure that all families are allocated to delivery services in an efficient and effective manner by liaising with Service Managers and Programme Managers
The candidate:
- Working knowledge of SQL, Qlik load script ( desirable) and the Google Suite.
- Proficiency with BI tools is essential
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity within a social care setting is desirable
