Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the RG, GU & SL postcode areas.
Salary: £22,672 - £34,445 + Benefits (see below)

The Role-
This role is working for high street retailers & banks clients for the TS-Mobile division.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
This is a permanent position. Working Monday - Friday, 08.00am - 5.00pm. This role comes with a company vehicle, overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression.
In your new role as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.?
You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
The Candidate-
* Proven experience - working within facilities or mobile maintenance repairs, ideally able to demonstrate retail experience.
* Able to work without supervision but enjoy working as part of a team.
* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery is preferred.
* Essential to have excellent client facing skills.
* Must have Full UK Clean Driving licence.
* Be IT literate.
