I've teamed up with an established and reputable company on Long Island, who are looking for an MEP Engineer to join their thriving corporation.
Established over 50 years ago, they have a strong background in MEP, infrastructure development, public projects, in accordance with environmental regulations and restoration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design of HVAC systems including mechanical and heating systems, air conditioning and boilers
- Field inspections for MEP, sprinkler systems and electrical systems (security)
- Prepare engineering drawings and specifications - all at industry standards
- Work closely with Project Managers and address any technical issues -all whilst giving ongoing communication to clients on project updates
Experience:
- Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) or extensive experience
- Experienced in AutoCAD
- PE License (preferred)
- 5 years in MEP & HVAC
- Mechanical design experience (essential)
