Working closely with supervisors, fabrication teams, rigging crews, and production leaders, you'll help identify risks early and develop practical solutions that keep people safe while supporting operational goals.
A major focus of the role is developing supervisors into safety leaders who can recognise hazards, take ownership, and drive accountability within their teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and improve EHS programs across the facility
* Train and develop supervisors to take ownership of safety performance
* Partner with operations teams to develop safe, practical working solutions
* Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective actions
* Lead safety training and behaviour-based safety initiatives
* Ensure OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
* EHS leadership experience within manufacturing or heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance
* Experience with investigations, audits, and corrective actions
* Ability to influence supervisors and operational leaders
