Job Title: Maintenance Technician III (2nd Shift) ($3000 SIGN ON BONUS)
Location: Lima, OH
Salary: $28 - $34 per hour (additional $2 shift premium)
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing
Shift: Core hours 3PM - 9PM with flexibility, Monday - Thursday to fulfill 40 hours/week
Core Function:
To support the Galvanizing department. The successful candidate will need knowledge of overhead cranes, furnaces, heating systems, and pumps to provide necessary support to the plant, whilst also remaining dedicated to plant safety, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various types of equipment including cranes, furnaces, heating systems and pumps, forklifts, presses, mills, etc.
· Determine the root cause of equipment problems and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
· Use mobile equipment including scissors lift, boom lift, forklift, crane, and others.
· Perform preventive maintenance on all tools, machinery, and equipment.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics with the ability to use this knowledge to install, maintain, and repair plant equipment.
· Experience with repairs on Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
· Ability to become certified for the following: NFPA70E, fall protection, confined space.
