Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Mountain top, PA
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Core Function:
To perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment. This includes setting up, adjusting, and maintaining equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met. The role also involves adhering to company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues on equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and inspections.
- Operate and test machinery following repairs or downtime.
- Maintain and repair equipment such as air compressors, pumps, motors, extruders, and other plant machinery.
- Report recurring equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Manager or Lead Mechanic.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following: welding, mechanics, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, or machining.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
