Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Core Function:
To oversee the efficient maintenance of production equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and company regulations, and to manage daily activities of the maintenance staff, track work schedules, and ensure tasks are completed.

Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance program to keep machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
Plan ongoing maintenance to ensure a safe, healthy work environment for all employees.
Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate electrical and mechanical tasks, and assist with training as needed.
Manage facility maintenance, staff scheduling, training, discipline, and vendor relations for purchasing.
Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
Requirements:
3 years' experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
Preferred knowledge of machinery in polyethylene film manufacturing.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, and machining practices.
