Job Title: Lead Production Supervisor
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Core Function:
The Lead Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and overseeing the Production team, including Production Supervisors, to ensure daily production efficiency goals are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance: Drive safety and food safety initiatives across the production floor.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues.
- Production Scheduling: Oversee production scheduling to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Cost Management: Collaborate with the Production Manager to manage direct labor costs and improve overall production throughput.
- Additional Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned to support production goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in blown film production is essential.
