Job Title: Laser Machine Operator
Location: Allen, TX
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (with overtime and benefits)

The Client:
Our client specializes in sheet metal fabrication in the North of Dallas and is looking to add a Laser Machine Operator to their already established team due to their growth and work prospects since the start of 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laser department-related duties as assigned by management.
- Learn new techniques and processes from experienced operators.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure the machines maintain a high level of utilization.
- Learn proficiency with machinery controls to overcome daily obstacles and ensure continuous production flow.
- Mentor junior operators to learn new techniques and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Computer proficiency for time and data entry.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines.
- Experience with Trumpf and Bystronic lasers is a plus.
- Forklift operator certified.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual candidates in Spanish are preferred.
