This opportunity is with an established structural steel contractor delivering commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and infrastructure projects across Ireland. With a growing order book and continued investment in developing future talent, they're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their project delivery team.

The Role
Working alongside Senior Project Managers, you'll play an active role in delivering structural steel projects from contract award through to completion, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
You'll:
- Support the delivery of structural steel projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, logistics and site teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Attend client and internal project meetings while building strong working relationships.
- Monitor project programmes, progress and key milestones.
- Assist with commercial reporting, procurement and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and work with senior team members to keep projects running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience within the structural steel or construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desirable
- Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting structural steel or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position.
