Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

To build and maintain customer relationships, drive sales of structural steel products, and provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with internal teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive structural steel sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product info, and offering solutions.
  • Present product benefits to potential customers through sales presentations.
  • Work with the sales team on pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in the structural steel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel products and industry trends.
