- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive structural steel sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product info, and offering solutions.
- Present product benefits to potential customers through sales presentations.
- Work with the sales team on pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in the structural steel industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel products and industry trends.
