The Role: Income Collections Officer
Location: Newham
Rate Of Pay: £22 Umbrella P/H
We are currently looking for a Income Officer to provide a high quality customer focused income maximisation, arrears reduction and repossessions service to residents and all internal and external partners or organisation working with the council. You will provide support and advise to residents in financial difficulty, with low incomes, unmanageable debts or other vulnerabilities and signpost them to support services in a professional and cost effective manner.
We are looking for individuals with prior experience with knowledge of all relevant legislation and knowledge of housing issues.
