We are working with a huge company across the east coast. They are looking for a HVAC Senior Project Manager in their HVAC department. They complete installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Looking for someone with good contacts, could bring in a big national client and can help grow and staff it.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling and managing mechanical projects involving air-conditioning and refrigeration
- Establish long-term connections with all possible clients while pursuing design, build, plan on other related projects
- Organise and coordinate start up, register equipment
- Manage and remove contract clauses
- Attend all client meetings as necessary
Experience:
- 5 years' experience in HVAC
- Extensive background in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- Looking to progress in career, opportunity to move into divisional HVAC manager
