Core Function:
The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership while ensuring the smooth execution of all HR-related activities, including payroll administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, performance management, and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees using HRIS systems such as Infinium, Oracle, and Kronos.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring the plant is fully staffed.
- Maintain employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and reporting requirements. Manage safety and workers' compensation programs as needed.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Infinium, Oracle, and Kronos.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
