Position: HR Manager
Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 (with a 5% company bonus)
Industry: Steel Fabrication/Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
* Advise managers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
* Administer, interpret, and explain company human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
* Assist with recruiting by screening candidates, conducting interviews, scheduling clinical drug and health appointments, and communicating with candidates.
* Ensure training for all employees (hourly and salaried) is being met and is consistent with corporate and facility needs.
* Handle activities in areas of responsibility, including performance and talent management, succession planning, career progression, discipline, and terminations.
* Understand and utilize HR systems, including but not limited to HCM (Human Capital Management), UKG Ready (Ultimate Kronos Group), ADP WorkforceNow, Sterling (Background Screening Services), Equifax, etc.

Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience.
* 3+ years' experience with employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
* HR experience in a Manufacturing Environment is strongly preferred.
* Experience in UKG and Netsuite is desirable.
