Job Title: Part-Time HR Assistant

Location: Midland, TX

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Day to day

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help prepare employment documents, contracts, and onboarding materials
  • Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in organising interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
  • Support general HR compliance and documentation processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
