We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Housing Liaison Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering a high‑quality, responsive service to our tenants and leaseholders, providing support across all aspects of tenancy management and acting as a visible, trusted presence within our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenancy management queries, ensuring an excellent service for tenants, leaseholders, and external stakeholders.

  • Support the effective management and re‑letting of void properties, including pre‑termination visits and sign‑ups.

  • Respond to instances of low‑level anti‑social behaviour and work with partner agencies and colleagues to resolve complex cases.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and performance monitoring.

  • Identify and support vulnerable residents, working in partnership with external services to secure successful outcomes.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external organisations, including the DWP, CAB, and other statutory and voluntary services.

About You:

  • Skilled in working with the public, preferably in a service‑delivery environment.

  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT abilities, with experience of MS Office and mobile working devices.

  • Organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Awareness and understanding of safeguarding and social housing practices.

  • Strong team player with a proactive, solution‑focused approach and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
