The Role
You'll begin your journey on the resourcing side, learning how to identify and engage top talent. From there, you'll progress into account management and sales, developing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Our aim is to guide you into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role - someone who can build new business, manage client accounts, and match great people with great opportunities.
(Think of it as learning to spin plates, juggle priorities and still sound cheerful on the phone - all valuable life skills.)
