You'll be working with clients and candidates across the pond - so get ready for some "awesome" conversations and a lot of "can you hear me okay?" moments.
🏗️ What You'll Be Doing:
- Chatting with engineers, project managers, and construction pros who build America's skylines (from the comfort of Altrincham).
- Matching top talent with top companies - basically, professional matchmaking, but with fewer awkward dates.
- Celebrating commission days like national holidays.
- Working 12-8pm Monday to Thursday (we're syncing with the US time zones, not vampires, promise).
- WFH Fridays - because even recruitment heroes deserve duvet days.
💰 What You'll Get:
- A starting salary of £26,000 (with commission that should at least double it).
