About the Role

Work closely with ownership to manage all day-to-day accounting functions, from AP/AR and general ledger to month-end close and internal reporting. Support HR processes including payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration, while maintaining accurate financial and employee records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role
  • Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • HR experience including payroll, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Preferred: manufacturing or construction environment, job costing, work-in-process tracking
