About the Role
Manage a dedicated craft crew on-site under the Superintendent's guidance, focusing on AST erection, repair, and maintenance. You'll ensure daily safety compliance, quality workmanship, and smooth workflow while mentoring team members and reporting progress to site leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on AST or heavy structural construction experience
- Proven crew leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong knowledge of tank codes, standards, and installation practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with immersive on-site work and extended schedules
