The Role
We're seeking a skilled Finance & Payroll Coordinator to oversee all financial and payroll processes within our dynamic business. This is a pivotal role supporting both our UK and US operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery of key finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK and US teams
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Liaise with external accountants, HMRC, and benefits providers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations in both regions
About You
You'll be a detail-oriented finance professional with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in finance and payroll coordination (UK essential, US desirable)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
