The Role
Now looking for an experienced Field Manager (FTL) to look after a team of London based engineers.
The Company
Working for an established metering contractor.
With metering engineers working on contracts nationally, this employer truly understands the metering industry and what is involved on a day to day basis.
Excellent managerial support but you are also given the freedom to work without being overly managed at the same time.
Quality is essential and you will be paid well for working to a high standard.
The Candidate
This candidate will have proven experience in both team management and leadership skills in the field of SMART.
The candidate will need to live in London, to allow easy access to their team.
The team is spread across all London postcodes, North, South, East and West.
The Benefits & Salary
* £40000 basic
* £5000 London Weighting
* £1000 Loyalty bonus
* £150pm Over 70% Team completion
* £150pm All WIPs completed. (4 meters per engineer)
