🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and general building infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimise downtime.
- Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily facilities checks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests across office and production environments.
- Oversee contractors and support small facilities improvement projects.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and light construction equipment where required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or building systems.
- Experience with HVAC, compressors, generators, forklifts, or similar industrial equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
