💰Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

- Support equipment upgrades and facility improvements
📋Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Proven troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and CNC systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends when needed
