Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:
To read and understand enquiry documentation for formulating tenders.
Undertake manual and electronic take offs from Structural Engineering drawings.
Understand and interpret quantity schedules produced from 3D models.
Understand and incorporate pricing of sub-contract support trades.
Requirements:
Educated to HNC in construction materials and/or BSc in Quantity Surveying or MSc.
Estimating knowledge for steel and timber structures.
Solid negotiating skills.
