What You'll Do
🧾 Analyze architectural and structural drawings for estimating
🔍 Interpret blueprints, identify scope, and quantify labor/materials
📬 Solicit and compare supplier/subcontractor pricing
📂 Coordinate with project management and sales for bid alignment
📑 Prepare proposals, budgets, and participate in value engineering
📅 Contribute to bid reviews and project handoffs
What You Bring
🧠 3+ years of experience in structural steel estimating
🔩 Deep understanding of fabrication/erection practices and steel pricing
🖥️ Proficient in Tekla EPM, FabTrol, Bluebeam, or similar tools
📊 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
📚 Familiarity with AISC standards a plus
