This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to exciting deep foundations and construction projects.
The Role
- Report to the Estimating Director and collaborate with executives, engineers, and project managers.
- Review project plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and create estimates.
- Procure material pricing and develop project schedules.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of estimating experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
