The Role
Join our team as an Estimator, where you'll:
- Develop estimates for complex infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, airports).
- Analyze contract proposals and create detailed cost estimates using project cost software.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure competitive bidding and post-bid negotiations.
- Manage estimates for high-profile projects exceeding $100M.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of estimating experience with 5+ in heavy civil projects.
- Proven track record on large projects ($100M+).
- Strong communication skills for working with owners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Experience with design/build and CMAR methods is a plus.
