🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed estimates and take offs for structural and miscellaneous steel projects
* Manage large weekly estimating volumes across multiple active bids
* Support and mentor a small team of estimators to improve accuracy and output
* Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, and project management teams on schedules and capacity
* Handle bid submissions, RFIs, and client communication throughout the tender process
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of structural steel estimating experience
* Strong knowledge of fabrication and steel production processes
* Experience working on high tonnage structural steel projects
* Proficiency with Strumis, Tekla EPM, Trimble, or similar estimating systems
* Leadership ability with strong communication and organisational skills
