- Lead day-to-day health, safety and environmental activities across active project sites
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings to employees and subcontractors
- Prepare, review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Conduct regular inspections, audits and safety walks with project stakeholders
- Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Monitor compliance, maintain accurate records and report on key safety performance metrics

- Third-level qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Health or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years' experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and industry standards
- Experience carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desirable:
- Experience within structural steel, heavy engineering or large-scale construction environments
- Training certifications such as Manual Handling, Working at Heights or Abrasive Wheels

- Work on complex engineering and construction projects across Dublin and beyond
