The Position
To be responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of the plant's control and power systems, and to provide technical support and direction to the electrical employees.

Responsibilities
· Ensure team safety and maintain a safe work environment for electrical equipment and process controls operations.
· Lead all electrical maintenance and system improvement initiatives.
· Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with maintenance, safety, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and quality systems.
· Plan and coordinate electrical activities during downdays and outages.
· Oversee optimization of drive control systems, PLC control systems, and other closed-loop industrial control systems.
Requirements
· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or substantial experience in electrical maintenance.
· Proven experience in directing contractors and technical personnel.
· Expertise in medium voltage and power distribution.
· Familiarity with CAD software.
