The Role
Working for a leading and well respected metering contractor on a Tier 1 contract, you will be installing gas and electric smart meters within your local area.
Your work is pre-planned and electronically scheduled and you will be expected to completed 4x single fuel or 2x dual fuel meter installations per day.
Quality is key to everything that you will do on a day to day basis.
About you
You will need to already be a fully qualified dual fuel (gas and electric) smart meter installer, with at least 6 months post qualification experience.
Minimum qualifications: CCN1 or CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Meter Diploma.
EUSR
A copy of a previously held MOCOPA will also be required
Single off multi-phase is beneficial
Maximum of 6 penalty points on your Driving Licence
Salary and Benefits
£38,700 basic starting salary
40 hour working week
8am to 4pm working hours
Overtime paid beyond 4pm at 1.25x basic pay rate
£2,000 Company Bonus (paid annually)
23 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days
Option to work Saturdays at 1.25x basic pay rate
£40,000 realistic annual earnings
Van, Fuel Card, PPE and Tools all provided.

The Start Process
Successful applicants will have to attend a company induction and mentoring period, which may be out of your home area. Overnight accommodation and meals will be provided and any out of hours travel time will be paid.
