Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Benafits
The Role
Growing Construction company seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations, strengthen job costing, and improve margin visibility across projects. This is a key leadership role working closely with operations and executive management.
Day to Day
* Oversee financial reporting, job costing, WIP, and month-end close
* Improve cash flow, cost control, and margin visibility
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and project financial analysis
* Partner with leadership on bids, procurement, and operational performance
Reports to: CEO
Works with: Estimating, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, HR
Requirements
* 7-15 years experience in accounting/finance
* 5+ years in manufacturing, or construction
* Strong job costing & WIP experience
* ERP exposure + Advanced Excel
* Experience with AIA billing and bonded projects preferred
