Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a background in structural steel? We're working with a well-established and highly regarded structural steel specialist who is seeking a Commercial Manager to take the commercial lead on complex and high-value projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial aspects from tender through to final account
Handle valuations, variations, and cost reports
Negotiate with clients and subcontractors
Ensure contract compliance and manage risks
Requirements:
Proven experience in structural steel or a similar sector
Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant construction or QS qualification
