The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 estimators, reporting to senior leadership.
- Implement modern estimating software, automation tools, and processes.
- Handle estimates for large civil and steel projects, including railways, motorways, and signage.
- Collaborate closely with project management and leadership teams.
- Drive modernization efforts within the department for better efficiency and performance.
The Candidate
- 10+ years of estimating experience in the structural steel industry.
- Proficient in modern estimating software with strong leadership skills.
- Experienced in managing teams and overseeing major projects.
- Collaborative and forward-thinking, eager to modernize processes.
