An opportunity has arisen to join Tower Hamlets and the City of London Youth Justice Service as a Youth Justice Case Manager. This temporary agency role is to provide secondment cover and is ideal for individuals with a passion for supporting young people and enhancing community safety.
About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you will support children aged 10-17 who are subject to both community and custodial sentences. You will build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, conduct high-quality assessments, and design tailored intervention plans to support desistance from offending, improve safety, and protect the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of young people involved in the youth justice system.
Deliver high-quality assessments and create effective, individualised intervention plans.
Collaborate with children, families, and multi-agency professionals.
Apply trauma-informed, restorative, and relational approaches.
Commit to achieving positive outcomes for all children and families.
About You:
Background in youth justice, social care, or related field.
Skilled in engaging with diverse children and families.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and restorative practices.
