Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Newcastle. This is a contract role working full time hours, with chance of the position becoming permanent after contract end.

The job:

Minute taking at conference meetings
Arranging meetings, diary management, sending out invites, agendas, reports and follow ups
Taking notes of discussions held, produce high quality notes outlining prevalent points raised and decision rationale
Other adhoc administrative duties including data migration, electronic filing, typing, and act as a first point of contact for the business

The candidate:

Experience of Minute Taking and/or ability to convey discussion points in a clear written format.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills to enable them to manage a high workload whilst meeting statutory timescales.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages particularly Word and basic Excel
