Business Support Officer
Liverpool
£11.50 per hour
Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Liverpool. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

  • Provide administrative support to the clients Neighbourhood department, alongside other internal managers and departments.
  • Maintain systems and procedures that ensures accurate data capture, recording, electronic filing, and reporting.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the department via phone and emails, dealing with requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Raise purchase orders, process payments, issue receipts, making sure all payments and receipts are tracked and coded correctly.
  • Provide simple written reports, process data, following business process and meeting deadlines.

The candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role required
  • Knowledge of business processes and I.T systems, including MS Office
  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths
